As a company we have been live on SAP R/3 for close to ten years and you will assume a critical role as we continue to enhance our implementation through acquisition integrations and exploring additional functionality. All systems analysts on our team support multiple business groups and/or applications so you may also be asked to learn and support applications outside of core SAP FI/CO. This is a full-time position, not a contract or a contract-to-hire position.  You’ll collaborate tightly with a highly talented & committed applications team, including technical resources from our applications development team.  You are an independent thinker, comfortable with sharing and accepting ideas in an open manner - and you expect the same to be reciprocated.  You must possess solid written and verbal communication skills and have an aptitude for thriving in complex situations.  Lastly, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced, self-directed, diverse and customer service-oriented environment. Job Responsibilities: Hands-on configuration of SAP FI/CO Participate in SAP FI/CO projects Provide SAP FI/CO support for a global install base Perform day-to-day functional support of SAP FI/CO issues Develop SAP FI/CO documentation and presentation materials as needed to support Finance users Prepare SAP FI/CO training material and conduct end-user training Development of business processes Work with both Internal Audit and External Audit to assist compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Potentially support other business areas and/or applications in addition to SAP FI/CO Required Skills Requirements: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Each quarter, must be available to extend work hours (if needed) and willing to take on-call support responsibilities during two key weekends at critical quarter-end times Required working hours 9 am – 5 pm US PDT (i.e. 9:30 pm – 5:30 am IST) This position might be required for business travel to US or any other EFI offices worldwide as needed 8+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in FI/CO in the following modules: FI: A/P with integration to MM A/R with integration to SD G/L including month end close activities, FA Credit Management with integration to SD Credit Card Processing Treasury, Lockbox CO: CCA Assessments Product costing PCA EC-CS Hands-on configuration experience within the last 6 months 8+ years of total work experience Experience in SAP ECC 6 Experience on at least 1 full life cycle SAP implementation BA or BS or equivalent work experience Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills Flexible - able to pick up new modules/other applications as required Experience/Willing to working with offshore teams across the world as part of Global Support model Nice to haves: Experience in SAP BPC Experience in reporting solutions (BW, Cognos) Job Posted by Electronics for Imaging, Inc Industry: Computer Hardware & Peripherals Size: 1001 - 5000 Employees Turnover: 2500 - 5000 Crores Website: http://w3.efi.com
